For 3Mers, one exciting and rewarding program is 3M Impact, a skills-based service program that brings together diverse teams of 3Mers in communities around the world. There, they spend two immersive weeks collaborating with a local nonprofit organization, social enterprise or government agency to contribute to a solution for a pressing social or environmental issue.
