3M™ Nextel™ Braided Sleeving BS-40, made from 440 Grade continuous filament ceramic roving is available in multiple diameters and wall thicknesses up to 2.5 inches in diameter. Designed for continuous use temperatures up to 2372oF (1300oC), BS-40 sleeving is ideal for protective applications requiring high temperature, electrical or thermal insulation or where flame resistance is needed.
3M™ Nextel™ Braided Sleeving BS-40 is ideal for continuous high temperature applications requiring thermal insulation, electrical insulation, or where flame resistance is needed. BS-40 braided sleeving is made from 3M’s continuous Nextel™ 440 ceramic fiber that retains strength and flexibility at extremely high temperatures.
