3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape F9465PC features a 5 mil medium-firm acrylic adhesive on a polycoated paper liner. It is designed to bond high surface energy (HSE) plastics and to resist the effects of plasticizer migration in flexible vinyls.

Offers Outstanding Resistance to the Effects of Plasticizer Migration Plasticizers are common chemicals added to plastics, vinyl and rubber to make them more flexible. The tape consists of an adhesive layer only, and does not have any type of supporting carrier such as film, paper or tissue. For application the tape is positioned adhesive side down to a surface and the liner is removed, exposing the backside adhesive to the joining surface.
