The 3M™ MetPak™ 2-FB Inverse Socket, MP2 Series is excellent for midplane and vertical socket applications. These inverse sockets feature 2 mm 5-row rear plug-up vertical tails, allowing for use in applications where space is limited. End-to-end stackable design features an offset dual-beam contact that minimizes insertion force. A guiding alignment feature helps minimize bent pins for hot swapping.
Compatible with the global IEC 61076-4-104 Futurebus+® standard, 3M MetPak socket MP2 series mates with MP2-P and MP2-PS headers.
