3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape SF6804, Gray, 0.4 mm, 300 mm x 50 m

3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape SF6804, Gray, 0.4 mm is a tape made by a special process that provides superior adhesion performance and high flexibility to EPDM rubber and similar substrates. This tape is specially designed for rubber seal parts attachment, like automobile weatherstrips. 3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape SF Series tapes feature a heat-activated adhesive on one side to bond to weatherstrip seals and a pressure sensitive adhesive on the other side to bond to automotive painted surfaces. Heat-activated adhesive performs well to EPDM rubber and similar substrates without a solvent type adhesion promoter. The tape features an orange, anti-pop off polyethylene liner, pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive on one side, and heat-activated adhesive on the other side. The transparent orange polyethylene liner provides easy one-piece release for efficient tape application.
