3M™ High Flex Life Cable, HF319 Series is a high-flexibility connecting cable that offers exceptional performance and reliability for various applications. This cable features low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) insulation, enabling low smoke and low toxicity of combustion gases. This helps minimize the risk of soot and corrosion damage to nearby equipment. The cable features a broad operating temperature range from -40 °C to 105 °C, boosting reliability in harsh conditions.
The flex life of 25 million cycles at a 3/4 in. radius that comes with 3M™ High Flex Life Cable, HF319 Series is made possible by the 19 strands of high-strength copper alloy, which provide exceptional durability and longevity. Its size 28 AWG wire on .050 in. spacing permits mass termination, making it compatible with many 3M IDC Connectors (.100 in.), for quick and easy installation. This round conductor flat cable is zippable for branching or discrete termination for added versatility and flexibility.
