3M Green Challenge @ South East
To encourage sustainable living while doing good for the community, 3M Singapore partnered South East Community Development Council in 2022 to organize a campaign aimed at encouraging members of the public to adopt green habits in their daily lifestyles through simple activities such as recycling, reducing their electricity or water use, or opting for greener commutes.
The 3M Green Challenge @ South East achieved great success, with over 19,000 participants working together to raise more than $102,000 worth of 3M household products for 3,000 vulnerable families.

Recognition for 3M’s community efforts in Singapore
3M Singapore was presented with the Community Spirit Excellence Award by the People's Association from 2017 to 2019 for our efforts to improve lives in the community through the 3M Step-Up Challenge @ South East. We were also honored to receive the merit award six times from 2012 to 2023.
From 2021 to 2024, we received the AmCham CARES Distinction Award for corporate and social excellence from the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
