Our nation's military veterans deserve our help finding rewarding careers – and the collision repair industry needs employees with the strong work ethic, dedication and values that our vets learned while serving our country.

Through the 3M Hire Our Heroes program, the Collision Repair Education Foundation has issued more than $750,000 in tool grants and scholarships to 210 deserving veterans and their family members.

In 2017, 3M AAD will mark the fifth year of the program, and is continuing an innovative way for shops to get involved -- the 2017 3M Hire Our Heroes Calendar. Now, you can support our industry and our veterans while earning promotional offers that help increase your, and your shop's, productivity and efficiency.

When you make a tax-deductible donation of $200 or more to the Collision Repair Education foundation for the Hire Our Heroes program, you will receive:
 

• The 2017 Hire Our Heroes Calendar, filled with inspiring quotes and photography honoring the men and women who serve.
• Monthly emails detailing an opportunity to earn free merchandise worth about $1,700.

Your calendar includes 13 inspirational quotes and photographs that keep our nation and its veterans front of mind – while also providing great offers for products that make your shop more profitable. Plus we've added a bonus offer this year: When a shop participates in all 12 months of promotional offers, they will qualify to receive a sample of new products introduced by 3M AAD in 2018.
